Day 1

White stupa- Tsagaan Suvarga

On that day we will drive to Tsagaan Suvraga / White Stupa is located in Ulziit Soum, Dundgobi aimag. The name Tsagaan Suvarga(White Stupa)is given by local people to the impressive and legendary cliff which is eroded by natural phenomenon. Having 10 million years history, the cliff indicates different times by its colored layers. Tsagaan Suvarga(White Stupa)is interesting to see the sheer slope, facing east, which from a distance seems to be the ruins of the ancient city.Stay overnight in a Nomad family ,This is real chance to get to know about a nomad life also be a part of it.

Day 2

Yol Valley
Drive to the Yol canyon. Learn about local flora and fauna at the Gurvan
Saikhan National Park Museum. Yolyn Am (Vulture’s Mouth) canyon in the
Gurvan Saikhan mountains is home to endangered snow leopards and
Lammergeyers (Bearded Vulture) where “eternal ice” (usually) remains
throughout summer. Yolyn Am is one of the main attractions in the Gobi for
its stunning vistas. Lucky visitors may see Ibex, Argali (wild mountain
sheep), and Tas (Scenerious Vulture).

Day 3

Khongor sand dune
After breakfast we will drive to one of the biggest sand dune.
Gurvansaikhan (The Three Beauties of the Gobi) National Park and arrive at
Khongoryn Els called the “singing dunes” for the sound of the wind howling
through the dunes. 2600 feet high, 20 km wide and over 180 km long, these
dunes offer some spectacular views of the desert.

Day 4

Ongi monastery via Flaming cliffs
Formerly one of the largest monasteries in Mongolia, Ongi monastery was founded in 1660 and consisted of two temple complexes on the North and South banks of the Ong river. The older southern complex consisted of various administrative buildings as well as 11 temples. The northern complex built in the 18th century, consisted of 17 temples-among them one of the largest temples in all Mongolia. The Ongi monastery grounds also 4 Buddhist universities and could accommodate over one thousand monks at a time. During the 1930’s communism spread throughout Mongolia. As part of their ideological campaign and rise to power, communists arrested most monks around Mongolia. In 1939 Ongi monastery was completely destroyed over 200 monks were killed and many surviving monks were imprisoned pr forced to join the communist controlled army.

Day 5

Kharkhorin, Edenezuu monastery
After breakfast our great tour will continue to Kharkhorin Erdenezuu monastery.
Karakorum was the capital of Great Mongolia Empire in thirteenth century. It is located on the right bank of Orkhon river, 400 km south-west of Ulaanbaatar which is the current capital of Mongolia. In 1380, Karakorum was destroyed. But approximately two centuries later, on the same site, there arose the yurt of Avtai Khan, founder of the Erdene Zuu Monastery. Kharkorin city is full of sightseeing and historical spots .

Day 6

Orkhon valley
Orkhon valley is the specially protected area. In here, you can enjoy the beautiful nature and see the one of the biggest waterfall in Mongolia.

Day 7

Eight lake
On this day, we will drive to the 8 lake. 8 lake is the natural beautifull place and specially protected area. Around here, there are lot of volcanic stones, so it is impossible to drive by car.

Day 9

DRIVE TO ORKHON WATERFALL

Water fall Very close to the Orkhon the Ulaan Tsutgalan river features a waterfall, ten meters wide and twenty meters high. The waterfall is a popular destination for tourists . This is most famous area for tourist and local travelers . Nomad Ger

Day 10

Ugii lake via tuvkhun monastery
Ugii lake is located Arkhangai province and the biggest lake in central area. It has 27km square area and average depth is 23.5km. Ugii lake is great for a fishing and bird watching. Before we reach the Ugii lake, we will visit Tuvkhun monastery that located top of the mountain.

Day 11

DRIVE BACK TO ULAANBAATAR

Today is last day of 11 days of adventure.You will drive back to Ulaanbaatar after visit Hustai National Park.
